Problem

The current loyalty program is outdated and ineffective, leading to low customer engagement and poor retention rates.  This project aims to revamp the loyalty program by incorporating modern technology, appealing rewards, and strategic marketing to enhance customer experience, increase engagement, and boost revenue.

Solution

To address these issues, there is a critical need to revamp the loyalty program. The new program should leverage modern technology, offer appealing rewards, utilize customer data effectively, and be supported by a robust marketing strategy. This will enhance customer engagement, improve retention, increase revenue, and strengthen the restaurant’s competitive position.
